So, in the spirit of Lady Gaga, I decided to go a bit outside my comfort zone and test a product that I don’t usually gravitate toward: liquid eyeliner. I was assuming the collection would be targeted for those looking to do more dramatic makeup looks given Gaga’s previous extravagant makeup moments, but I was surprised to find that this line is suitable for both seasoned pros and beginners.
